For Students & Parents
ALL Entry Projects MUST be submitted electronically
ALL Entry Projects are submitted by your school STS Coordinator
Be sure to provide your project files electronically to your teacher at least a week before the deadline so they have time to upload your entry for judging.

JUDGING TIME
Judging time is:
9am – 10.30am
Students should arrive between 8.30am – 10.00am.
Head to the registration desk for your ticket.
Student projects will be judged according to time of arrival.
Secondary School Students

Judge’s Information
It is a condition of entry that each school provides judges in the ratio of 1 judge for each 12 entries or part thereof. For information about your schools responsibilities for judging entries refer to page 4 of the STS handbook.
Judges who are currently teachers are required to complete a 5 minute ‘Teacher Notification’ Working With Children Check Victoria here
