Student submissions are due
21 July 2024, 6 pm AEST
This is a reminder that no extensions or changes will be provided after this due date. Please quadruple-check that you have entered each student’s files correctly and haven’t missed any.
When submitting, don’t forget to include:
- A signed facesheet
- Entry submission (ie. report, experiment, photograph etc)
- Where required, a oral presentation
- Check file name structure

FAQ’s
- Can I delete or withdraw entries?
If a student plans to no longer submit their entry, you can leave this entry blank. The school will still be charged for the entry. We do not need to be notified, and we can not remove it from the portal at this point.
- Can I make amendments to the entries?
If you need to edit names, project titles, sections or divisions, this can be completed BEFORE 21 July, 6pm AEST. Please send an email to [email protected] with the Entry Code and this will be completed as promptly as possible. Please note, administrative hours are limited to business hours, and responses may take up to 1-2 days presently depending on the request. If you make your request over the weekend, this will be addressed on Monday.
Addition or removal of entries and/or students (group vs individual) will not be possible.
