On behalf of STAV Council, I am writing to provide members with an update regarding STAV’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is traditionally held in November each year.
We understand the importance of the AGM in providing our members with an opportunity to reflect on the association’s activity over the past year and contribute to strategic discussions.
As many of you will recall from last year’s President’s Report, STAV has been undergoing a business process review over the past 18 months. As we are nearing the end of this process, one of the final stages of work being undertaken is a review of STAV’s constitution. This work has taken longer than anticipated and although close to completion, we have taken the decision to delay the AGM.
The 2023 AGM will be held at STAV House at 5.00 pm on Friday 9 February 2024 in hybrid format. Official notification and papers to be issued early next year. Please keep an eye out for further updates via email, on our website and social media channels.
